Function and repair symptoms

A sagging door, an uneven gap, scraping at the cabinet edge or visible play at the upper pivot can point to hinge-system wear. Check the shaft, bushing, fasteners and mounting surface before choosing the replacement.

Use this component for the specified commercial refrigeration application in restaurant, foodservice and facility equipment. Symptoms alone do not identify a failed part; check the related assembly before ordering.

Compatibility and ordering checks

Use the equipment's model and serial number to confirm the part assignment. A complete verified model list is not available for this listing, so fit should not be inferred from brand, cabinet appearance or a similar-looking component.

Before you order: Compare top-left orientation, hole pattern, bracket shape and pivot position against the removed hinge and serial-specific parts diagram. Do not infer fit from a photograph alone.

Confirm top-left orientation, hole pattern, bracket shape and pivot position against the removed hinge and serial-specific parts diagram. Do not infer fit from a photograph alone.

How do I confirm the DHG03-00 repair is complete?

After installation, verify secure mounting and the part's full intended movement or support. Recheck alignment and inspect nearby components for wear before returning the equipment to normal use.
