All PartsDirectOnline products are covered by a limited 30-day warranty unless otherwise stated.

Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers manufacturer defects and issues related to part quality under normal use. Certain items are excluded from warranty coverage, including wear-and-tear items and custom-ordered parts.

Gasket Warranty Policy
Gaskets are not covered under warranty once they have been installed.

Returns & Eligibility
Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original condition unless the return is due to a verified defect.

Discount Policy
First-time orders may be eligible for a 10% discount. Orders over $200 may qualify for a 5% discount. Discounts do not apply to custom-ordered parts and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
