Returns and Refund Policy

This page summarizes the return requirements for purchases from PartsDirectOnline. Read our current Return and Refund Policy for the full terms and instructions.

Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns requested after 14 days are not accepted.

Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned items must be unused and in their original unopened packaging.

Obtain a return authorization before shipping any item back. The authorized return address will be supplied with your return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Gaskets, custom parts and special-order parts are nonreturnable as described in the full policy.

Inspect your order on receipt and contact us if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue.
