Returns and Refund Policy
All return items due to anything other then a defective product are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All returned items must be in original unopened packaging.
All returned items must have restocking number provided by PARTSDIRECT, NO EXCEPTIONS.
CUSTOMER is responsible for all shipping cost.
CUSTOMER has a 10 day lead time to return items with 25% restocking fee 15 day lead time has 50% Restocking fee, after 15 days no returns are accepted.
Returns start from day you receive item NO EXCEPTIONS.
Custom Gaskets are not returnable as they are cut to size and molded to specific size.
Warranty
All items have a 30 day limited warranty with the exception of certain wear and tear items.
Gaskets are not covered by warranty once installed.
First orders may qualify for a 10% discount.
Orders over $200 may qualify for a 5% discount.
Discounts apply to eligible stock parts and exclude custom ordered parts.
